Not impressed! I had some documents from a closed estate that I wanted shredded. I contacted RecordXpress and explained that I had a single box of documents that required shredding. The gentlemen who I spoke to on the phone assured me that my documents would be shredded securely and reviewed the qualifications of the staff on site. I asked for a price and he told me the cost was $11 per bankers box. I said that I had about that much and he advised me to bring them to their address on Ottawa Street for shredding. We have used the Lethbridge Mobile Shredding a few times and always found them to be well organized and prompt. Very friendly and helpful. When we had a small issue with our invoicing Vanesa Johnston in Kitchener was very friendly and helpful and looked after everything including reaching out to the Lethbridge office to get copies sent to us. We received everything we needed from both offices with the same day.
