Terry helped me find my house and has managed my vacation rental. I have had a great experience with her and her team. She has managed the home for almost four years and the rating is 4.90 out of five. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.
This company doesn't deserve 1 star. They commit one mistake after another and they take zero responsibility for their actions. There are plenty of solid options out there so do yourself a favor and stay away from Records Results. You can't believe a thing they say. They broke into our owners closet to retrieve my boat lift remote. The boat lift was never in play however they continued to rent our home with access to the boat lift. I live in one of their apartments, they have a Great Story, but Don't deliver. I'll be happy when my lease is up. AVOID THEM
