I emailed them for a quote, they replied asking several questions which seemed more about building out their customer profile for me, and never provided the requested information. They may be a great service, but I have no idea since I wasn't able to get the quote that I wanted. Their initial response was fast, though, so I'll give them that.
They called back the same day I left a message via the website and I received calls from the companies they referred me to on the same day, as well.
