I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I had so been looking forward to seeing this doctor as he was rated so high by so many people. I had a 9:30 am appointment and when I arrived at 9:15 was told 4 people were ahead of me. I asked when their appointment times were and how long it would take for me to be seen. The receptionist informed me that one person had a 10am appointment but since they arrived before me they would be seen before me. Had I known that I happily would have shown up at 8am.
