Unfortunately this organization to date has not responded to my written complaints. I followed up with the CEO as well, in writing, to no avail as of late October 2025.
One of the best community agencies in Toronto for mental health and geriatric care! Much better than Woodgreen and Lumacare
I just started using the services. The receptionist is always friendly & smiling.The Spanish, Arts, & Talk therapy facilitators are all I've had the chance to visit. I'm satisfied with their services. The food services messengers always greet me as they pass by in the hallways.
Janitha Joseph has been so helpful. It was the best income tax assistance that I have ever received. I am very thankful for her attentiveness, professionalism and kindness. After I gave her my paperwork, she redirected me to the community center to wait. Oh, what a wonderful community spirit I experienced there. Janitha, I am forever grateful.
