WORST APPLIANCE STORE! THEY ARE CROOKS, THEY ARE VERY DISORGANIZED & RUN A UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. Be sure to get the correct paper work as well as correct appliance you bought! They will give you the run around & put you off until you give up. I do not recommend.
I have to hand it to these guys they know what they're doing from treating the customer properly to knowing everything there is to know about each appliance! Even the delivery guys came out and did a real nice job for a reasonable price which I think isn't enough I gave these guys each a 20 dollar tip even though they never asked a penny more for the hardship they went through to get my 3 door fridge up three flights of stairs took out my door frame and put it back up 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone looking for ... read more
RIP OFF ALERT! I wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. I purchased a stainless steel stove and refrigerator from this co. The stove did not work upon installation. By the time they came to repair the stove, the freezer did not work. Pauley said that the coolant must have leaked during transport and charged the coolant system. He could not repair the stove. Called almost daily for weeks on end and was told every time by Bill that they would call me back. Finally, Pauley came and picked up the s... read more
Have bought several appliances from them and if there are any problems they are easy to deal with . They are also very friendly .would recommend to anybody!!!
OMG, Wish I would have read this first. This has been a nightmare for me. They lie right to your face, bring filthy broken down appliances with leaks or just don't work. Their "tech" is a dimwitted goofus who couldn't fix a sandwich. They rewired the dryer and it exploded, shooting an ark across the room, blackening the washer, and throwing the breaker. They are cheats of the worst kind. I'm on my third set in two weeks, what a bunch of crooks.
STAY AWAY! Do not buy from these people. All they do is clean up trashed appliances, put them in your home and then drag their feet repairing or replacing them. Linda, who typically answers the phone there, is rude and could not care less if the appliance you bought has been broken more than it's been operational. It takes at LEAST 2 days for them to come out, even after having been out several times to 'fix' the problem. At one point, they tried to delay the so-called repair for a week.
