The Recon treatment does not last. We were just outside the 90 days from the first of three treatments and the roaches came back but Recon refuses to help. Very disappointed.
Malik is an amazing technician! It is obvious he takes his training seriously! He was on time for his appointment, and he listened carefully to the concerns I expressed. Malik completed his service and emailed me a recap of the work he performed including the invoice within one hour! KUDOS TO MALIK for a professional job well done!
I contacted Recon through Yelp and spoke with the manager Alex. I saw two European hornets in my home but none since. Alex got a technician out after the weekend. The technician came by and didn’t see any nests around my home and concluded insects might be flying in from the forest behind. They reviewed my photos of the hornets and checked surrounding areas carefully. The tech didn’t charge me since they didn’t find anything. I really appreciate their honesty and customer service. Absolutely fantastic company. I had a different pest control company for the last year and they were horrible. That other company treated my house literally last week and missed a massive mouse infestation. No idea how - once I knew what to look for there were signs everywhere. I found out when the mouse ran across my countertop 4 days after their treatment.
