They are unprofessional rude and out right just scheming on people. That’s literally all they do. I know that they are there to enforce the rules but when they’re out right just making her own rules up it’s ridiculous they don’t give warnings or answer their phones. I called and said they were going to call back and they never called back this has happened multiple time.
I wouldn't recommend living in a development that has Recon parking management unless you want to live in a development that has a warden and prison guards!!

dont see them towing anything in our Winding lakes cars all over for weeks parked with no stickers...waste of HOA money
