As a Realtor, we rely on inspectors to assist buyers and sellers with inspections that work on a stringent timeline. We called Recon and scheduled an appointment for today, at noon, as time is of the essence. They did not show up, and now their line is disconnected. Now my buyer and myself had to adjust our closing/timeline. Would not recommend this company if you’re on a timeline and need someone professional, and punctual.

We had Vinnie and Jim do a home inspection for us. They were responsive and did a comprehensive inspection with detailed photos. I did not realize I needed a 4-point inspection and asked for this report. Jim quickly assembled this report and got it to me within hours. They really care about making their customers satisfied and ready to answer any questions. I'm a happy customer!

They inspected a home we were buying, missed so many items. After closing on our new home we found roof leaks, bad electrical wiring, doors and windows that did not open or close right, back up sewer, told us we had a 200 amp service and its only a150 amp service, was told we had 12 inches of attic insulation and we have less then 6 inches, was told the counters were perfect, but there are multiple scratches chips and loose formica.
