I have been calling this company to fix a mistake since feb 15. At first I was assured it would be fixed and as of last week the owner stopped taking my calls. Took a chance and really made a bad choice. Missed a ton on the wind mitigation and I’m paying more for insurance because of it. Forgot to include certain pics in the report insurance needed and had to pay extra to have it fixed by someone else. Disorganized and sent the wrong report to my broker. I’m very disappointed.
