My storage unit was infested with black widow spiders, making it unsafe to access my belongings. Despite providing the required 30-day notice, I was incorrectly charged an additional 30 days of rent. When I contacted customer service to resolve the billing issue, they were unprofessional and ultimately hung up on me instead of addressing my concerns. Although it was disappointing to not be able to access my camper when I needed to, I was super appreciative to get a phone call from the site supervisor telling me that she reached the owner of the camper next to me. I'm hopeful once the adjustment happens I'll be able e to get my door open.

In spite of at least 5 calls and leaving messages by me and my wife, no one returned our calls. The dump station was moved and we have no idea if it was relocated or discontinued.
