Update: Gave 30 days advanced notice to move out of Cude Cemetery location on June 2nd. Today RecNation charged my Credit Card for $192.06. They had emails and phone calls from me saying I am moving out. This company is outright fraudulent. Reporting to my credit card company as fraud. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Steer clear of this business but if you use them, read all of the fine print. We sold our RV and we moved out gave them 30 days notice on 4 May. Per their policy, we had to give them 30 days notice so that is standard and agreew with that which takes us to June 4 for a move out date which they confirmed (see image). Because we confirmed a date to vacate the unit, and because we successfully vacated the unit on 8 May, we reasonably assumed that mid-month moveouts are totally fine because we also moved in mid month. I have been a customer for over two years, and my experience has steadily declined. During my first year, I had the option to pay annually, but in the second year they eliminated that option and removed all discounts—including those for retired law enforcement—which was extremely disappointing. Now, in my third year and still in the middle of a 12‑month contract, I received notice of a rent increase of more than $40 per month starting in July. Increasing rates mid-contract is unacceptable. This place is a typical corporate run, doesn’t give a crap about their customers and just pay your bill company. I have been on autopay from the first day I moved into the unit and obviously have never been late on a payment. My light went out in my unit and it took almost 6 weeks to get them to fix it. The whole time I couldn’t use my unit and no type of credit back at all. As a matter of fact they took a payment, automatically of course, during that time that I couldn’t use the unit.
