This place is a typical corporate run, doesn’t give a crap about their customers and just pay your bill company. I have been on autopay from the first day I moved into the unit and obviously have never been late on a payment. My light went out in my unit and it took almost 6 weeks to get them to fix it. The whole time I couldn’t use my unit and no type of credit back at all. As a matter of fact they took a payment, automatically of course, during that time that I couldn’t use the unit. No issues! Storage was a breeze!
Rental process was incredibly easy. The whole process only took a few minutes and their response time was awesome! They were there to help but the process is so easy, no help needed! Looking forward to moving in!
