We are extremely disappointed in this place. We needed a space now after purchasing our RV and the covered space they reserved for us is too low for our RV. It is late; everywhere is closed, and these people have AI operators when this is an emergency. We paid for something that we cannot even use and we are stuck not knowing what to do, because nobody will answer to help us. Extremely frustrating and we should absolutely be refunded.
Avoid this place. Random charges throughout the month $6 here, $11 there ....Hidden fees every month that you cannot dispute because they don't have any real agents working. The only time you get a real person is when you choose "sales". And they don't know much about anything- just taking your money. I was quoted $45 less than they charged me.
