They have a bad habit of randomly charging my credit card they have on file for small charges, it’s happened multiple times over the last couple years. When I catch them they end up refunding me after months of phone calls(it’s not easy getting ahold of someone from this company) They say it’s for insurance. I have full coverage insurance on my property that I’ve stored here for years. Why would I pay for some random “insurance” I never agreed too. Very shady company!
Clean space - secure and convenient
Beware, We started to rent before RecNation bought out the storage lot. Immediately prices jumped. We continued to pay. Now we sell our RV, they tell us that the 30 day notice turns into 60 days, they don't prorate the charges. VERY UNETHICAL seems they want to scam us for another month.
Extremely easy, friendly and efficient. I was literally outside their gate in Yulee when I inquired and Adine (?) walked me through everything and got me set up and access within 5 min. Clean lot, well secured
