The only feed back I have at this time is the fact that I called to ask a question and no one answered, so I left a message and I have yet to get a call back. The APP I must say is nice and user friendly. The storage lot is a bit small for our RV but it serves it purpose. As with all storage sites I feel they charge to much for just to have the land occupy. Little to no overhead so it should cost less.

They have a bad habit of randomly charging my credit card they have on file for small charges, it’s happened multiple times over the last couple years. When I catch them they end up refunding me after months of phone calls(it’s not easy getting ahold of someone from this company) They say it’s for insurance. I have full coverage insurance on my property that I’ve stored here for years. Why would I pay for some random “insurance” I never agreed too. Very shady company!

Beware, We started to rent before RecNation bought out the storage lot. Immediately prices jumped. We continued to pay. Now we sell our RV, they tell us that the 30 day notice turns into 60 days, they don't prorate the charges. VERY UNETHICAL seems they want to scam us for another month.
