STAY AWAY!! Stored my RV here for a year and no problems until June 2026. Someone stole our CATALYTIC CONVERTER from our RV. Filed a police report and told the owner and no help at all. In fact we found out that the RV next to ours also had their catalytic converter stolen too. I think the company could’ve informed his customers this is going on please store in a covered storage. But didn’t even bother to mention it. Never again!

I called multiple times. Could not reach the local contact, could only reach the Indian call center. There was a car parked directly in front of my unit. I never got a call back from anyone. Your customer service is broken.

We’ll have not been able to get into a broken security date for two days and all I get is the team has been notified meanwhile I cannot get into necessary business sample to do my job. They cannot ell me when I will be able to get into my unit. Not happy with the service and up keep of the the security gate.
