I called multiple times. Could not reach the local contact, could only reach the Indian call center. There was a car parked directly in front of my unit. I never got a call back from anyone. Your customer service is broken.
We’ll have not been able to get into a broken security date for two days and all I get is the team has been notified meanwhile I cannot get into necessary business sample to do my job. They cannot ell me when I will be able to get into my unit. Not happy with the service and up keep of the the security gate.
The issue is a power outage. I have been calling for over two weeks and talking to either AI or an outsourced call center. In that time, the issue has not been resolved nor, I have received a single callback or update.
Highest rate in the area Porter Storage Affordable storage and Exclusive storage are all less money with actual people that care you rent from them. Zero customer service do not rent from any Rec Nation
