I am writing this review for Mikeulyn Ruggles because I plan on posting this everywhere I can. Honestly, where did RecNation find a girl like this? My husband and I travel a lot and have been storing with RecNation for a few years now. We have never had any real issues, but customer service reaches a whole new level when someone actually cares. Existing customer. Account current, paid in full. Been denied access to my RV twice in last 30 days at rte 377. Notified via text needed to provide insurance details. Found out their site was hacked. Last time denied entry, only to find out the next day Rec Nation sent email to say they need new agreements to be signed, and ownership possibly has changed, along with increased fee for storage. I stored my boat for the winter just to keep it out of the elements plus my neighbors cat seems to like climbing in under the cover. After storing inside for 6 months I brought it home only to find out that rec nations lot is rat infested and ate the interior of my boat up. I contacted them left messages and uploaded pics but they never responded to me. So unless what you’re storing is in plastic totes you should find somewhere else to store your belongings.

Called 6x over the last 3 weeks to have repairs done to my unit. I was told by maintenance to remove my trailer and put a red lock they provided on my unit so they could make repairs. It’s been 2 weeks now and nothing , but lies and runaround regarding repairs. They sure are quick to run my card once a month , but are sure slow to make a minor repair.
