Ellen was awesome! She was very sweet and helpful. We called last minute for a safe place to store our trailer with a potential storm coming and she was able to get us a garage space right away. She saved the day!!!
Listen, I’ve been parked at RecNation for a good while now, and if I’m being straight with you, the customer service has been a real headache. Most of the time you’re just wrestling with some AI on the phone that hangs up on you. Even when you finally get a human on the line, it feels like talking to a brick wall.
