I’ve been going to the reclamation center for about 3 maybe 4 months and I have no complaints Jeff is always so nice and welcoming. I have Ms. T as my therapist and she is literally a top tier professional who gives homegirl vibes She makes me feel seen and I love that about her Everyone that I’ve met at the Hollywood location is truly amazing
I am writing this review out of serious concern for patient safety and professional negligence. Someone I love had been prescribed Zoloft and was under the care of a psychiatrist at Reclamation Center in Hollywood. Due to an insurance issue, the office completely stopped responding to her calls. She made multiple attempts over several days to reach the psychiatrist and staff, leaving messages that were never returned. Where do I begin, Reclamation Center in Hollywood is AMAZING! My son has been going for years and from the staff " Jeff" his caring and attentiveness goes beyond any office service we have ever received. He is so caring and helps above and beyond for anything you may need I am so serious!!! And for Dr. Anne Stephens hands down just the best! We absolutely love them and so happy to have a place for my son and all of his needs ! Love, love, love you guys ! Keep up the amazing work!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I have been a patient for a few months now. As you must know, it is hard to find the right fit. When it comes to choosing a psychiatrist or counselor. However I have found that the staff here at Reclamation Center. Are warm, attentive and helpful. I myself, use the option of telehealth. Due to the fact that it's hard for me to come into the office.
