These clowns charged me $330.00 to install a $50.00 thermostat, the Aprilaire 8400 series. Their explanation was is that I'm not on a maintenance contract, and that's their standard price, and that they can't compete with online prices. My explanation is, I was out of town on one of the coldest days of the year, so they had me in a tight spot. Do not use these people. They're shysters.

Had some troubles at first, but everything got sorted out. It was nice of them to follow through.
Called Reckingers over the holiday weekend, was told to call today to have someone come out so I didnt have to pay emergency service call. My mom was safe at our house and cool, so I called this morning, they said they could send someone out today. Jovan arrived, diagnosed the problem and repaired it within an hour. I highly recommend Reckingers for your cooling needs. My mother is back in her cool home. Thank you for your good service.
I was overcharged for parts and labor definitely will never recommend!
