Called for routine maintenance appt for the AC. Appt set for the following week! 2 days later I get a call someone is on the way to do the repair! I don’t need a repair! Ok that visit cancelled! I asked if the maintenance was still scheduled and was assured it was! I called 3 days prior to the appointment just to verify! Yes appt set! Well appt day has come and gone and no show or call or response to 2 text messages!! Serious problem with customer service!
RecommendedDon't tell people you will get the part and call back . Three times I called ... all three times I will call you back! they never call back. The first time they come out so nice and then they get that service call payment you wont hear from them again.
Wow!! What a great company to use!! My furnace failed on a Saturday night. They had a tech there first thing Sunday morning. No complaining. Very good guy that spent half off his Sunday replacing my furnace! Would recommend to anyone! A+++
On a holiday weekend Bobby came out and repaired our air conditioner. They were at our house in 15 minutes just as they said they would. Excellent professional service. Definately will have them in the fall to check our furnace.
I love this place, really great service and great people.
Horrible service! Came out for a gas leak broken pipe, said would call back with quote! Never called back, I called 3 times over 2 days just to get a quote and never a response back!
