She's prompt with her communication, knowledgeable about the neighborhood, and a shark at the negotiating table, which lead me to a solid deal on the property (even at the expense to herself!). We were renting our home for the first time and Rechelle Dolor guided us throughout the whole process. She provided a market analysis report to give us a better idea of how much we can rent out our home. She gave us a list of vendors (cleaner, handyman, painter) to help us prepare the home and we were able to list it 5 days earlier than planned. She helped us in screening the applicants and we had a signed lease 4 days after listing. We would not have been able to do this very efficiently without Rechelle's help.
