(Geo, Alex & all), Sam in maintenance, Elizabeth in Social Services and all who take such good, personal, kind and loving care of our dear Bunny Smith. You make her days personal and independent. One of your staff is in the wrong job! I hate reading that a patient at your facility has to fight for rehabilitation. I feel sorry for anyone who has this woman as their case manager. How many patients have been turned down for rehab because of this woman? It's clear to me she isn't a Patient Advocate. What about other patients that don't have the support of family, what happens to them? I hope this woman is investigated!
Very poor care for patient showing Improvement yet they denied him physical therapy
The staff lies and is uninformed. If family wasn't present ppl would die from.not knowing whats going on. Apparently they do not read drs. Notes. Horrid place
My friend was in there they wouldn't give him water, said he was not improving and he was, the nursing staff was rude. Caused the family alot of frustrated feeling because they lied about progress of brother.
The staff does not treat the patient with compassion and they lie to the family members!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
Hearing some very bad news about the management and their lack of concern for the best interest of the patients. Hoping someone calls the the media and gets to the bottom of it.
STARTING WITH THE ADMINISTRATION! A little understanding, thoughtfulness and COMPASSION go a long way!!!! STOP looking at the patients that are unfortunately under your care as a NUMBER, DOLLAR SIGN or OCCUPIED BED!!! you guys starting with the administration need to think about taking some remedial training in compassion and proper ways to communicate with family members!!!!
