My Mom is currently there and is worse then before she went there!!
This facility is a joke. IF ANY WAY POSSIBLE DO NOT HAVE YOUR LOVED ONE STAY HERE! From beginning to end I was met with disappointing service and negligence. My mother was forgotten about (not feed or checked on) I had to bring her food because no one answered the phone. A dr NEVER reached out to me to discuss her treatment plan. The Ombudsman was a complete joke who argued with me about “his feelings.” When she was to be released, they lost her covid test resulting in her having to stay an extra week awaiting new results. My brother was infected by the covid19, had to be in a ICU bed alone for 5 days before he passed away ALONE because of DC a careless RN 🤬
Worst experience ever. Please don’t let your love ones get placed here. They will be Lonely 😞
they need more employees to take care of all the patients. it can take up to 2hrs for a patient to get their diaper changed ot whatever it is they need, some of the workers are very mean and rough with these patients. My mother broke her wrist while being bedridden so go figure that out. Nobody knows how that happened.My mom is miserable there, she has been in there over a year.
My mom was in there for 2 days before we got her out they do not do there job she just had surgery and they hurt her badly there is more deaths here then anything the staff is rude they do not do there job at all and the lady that was in the same room as my mom was always calling for a nurse and no one would go they will force her to eat they would even hurt her this place needs to close down if anyone needs a good place let me know I am a caregiver and I’ll help you go to a good place

RecommendedAs sit quietly by my brothers bedside watching all that is going on around. I'm reminded of the work of the cna's and nurses who are in almost constant movement all around. I now know how Reche Canyon got their good ratings. These men and women are on the move always cheerful and very kind. Reche Canyon is the only place I would have my husband where he is now and being so well taken care of. Everyone at Reche Canyon care for their patients as family and that’s what opened my heart to Reche Canyon bcuz of how beautiful & kind their hearts are.
