Professional. On time. Takes care of my issues. Studio/rooms are clean. Update..been seeing Aimee for a few years now and she is excellent. My back is usually a mess so she uses " the chisel " as she calls it (elbow) and works out the knots. While sitting in the waiting area, i have noticed the other therapists seem very nice and friendly. Calming atmosphere. Highly reccomend
Had an amazing first visit with Jas! What a professional RMT! She made sure I was comfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! Our session started by talking the basics “what’s been bothering you, has there been anything to trigger the pain” etc! She fully understood my needs and how to help get my muscles feeling better! There is a cute little sign in her room that if your looking for a quite massage there is an option without it being awkward! Aimee Sampson has been my massage therapist for years, and I couldn’t be happier. She’s skilled, professional, and has a real knack for finding and easing the tension I didn’t even know I had. I always walk out of Recharge Studios feeling better—looser, lighter, and more relaxed. It’s a great space, and Aimee makes it even better. Highly recommend.
