This isn’t cookie-cutter therapy; they work with you to earn your trust and ensure that the goals you are working on are important to you and will be meaningful for your life. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Sarah has helped me through the worst shock of my life. I am was so blessed that I discovered her because she helped me understand what it was like to me in my situation. It was like she knew exactly what I was experiencing, why and how to move forward!. You can tell she truly cares about her clients.
