I cannot recommend Meredith highly enough! I have been working her for about a year now. As my inner world evolves, she has an amazing ability to pinpoint the issue and recommend a plan for each session. She makes me feel seen and understood, and I always leave feeling more centered and at peace.

Meredith is an incredible practitioner and I highly recommend seeing her! I have never experienced any one who is able to hold space for me in the way that she is. I have experienced emotional releases, and relief from stubborn TMJ flare ups. Amazing experience every time I see her!
