ruddest woman I have ever spoke with, actually she refused to make more than the amount I owed. and hung up on me.
I’ve called 3x a day for the last 3 weeks and no answer. Left voicemails once a day and no return call. How are you suppose to do business?
A loan officer got info from my credit bureau report that said I owed them for three accounts: $98, $51, and $8. When I FINALLY talked to the right office (which took some doing) I found out I only owed a little over $40 total which I paid right away. RM did not attempt to contact me about this black mark on my credit report and I am not happy.
Stop hanging up on people
Incompetent. Additionally, they are nearly impossible to communicate with.
Never recommend your company, your customer service is lousy at best. I have sent documentation to prove this is not my bill and you refuse to acknowledge you ever received it!!!
I signed up for auto deduct for a dr. bill. I ended up paying off the bill in full a couple of months later. They are still deducting 183.33 a month from my account! I was told they would fix it and it is still not correct. I was told I would be getting refund checks, and I still do not have those either. I can not get the manager to email me back after several attempts.
scammers trying to collect by law has to be in writting they will not subit in writing and use haressing phone calls and dont leave messgaes
Been trying for months to get someone here to email me my account number to be able to pay down a hospital billed from a few years ago. No one at this company ever gets back with me. The 2 attempts i tried to call, got put into a voicemail box after several "click here for" - I assume they have enough money and don't need mine or they are so incompetent as a company they cannot find my information.....
