i am disabled abd was in baylor hospital this company serms to think i have the mony to pay the billvin full they can't get blood from a stone...
Wish I could give them 0. Takes money out of bank account on recurring payment and gets the money and doesn't pay the hospital where the money should go! They won't answer their phones anymore! Don't trust them.
Horrible experience! I have a huge hospital bill from when my daughter was born and was in the NICU. my account was handed over to these extremely rude people. I was set up on a payment plan that was getting automatically taken out of my checking account each month. Well I noticed a couple of months ago that the payments had stopped. I contacted them and the lady who answered the phone was so very hateful. She told me that it was my fault because my payment plan was only set up for a year (????).
