I was able to drop off a donation of a medical boot for severe strains or breaks of the foot or ankle. These devices are quite expensive for someone without insurance and ReCares will give them to someone in need. Parking was easy and the staff efficient. I believe ReCares does not charge people anything for used medical equipment.

Everyone is so kind, and everything is very well organized. I needed a wheelchair for my mom, and they added me to the waitlist after getting her details (height, weight, and type of wheelchair needed) – and then called me when a match was available. They also have lots of other equipment and supplies. Such an amazing resource.

Found this place through my local FB buy nothing group. I am currently temporarily disabled as I recover from surgery and am non weight bearing on one leg. I went to ReCares today in hopes to find a wheelchair pedal/leg that allows me to elevate my leg. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and it just so happened that someone was donating exactly what I needed as I was there. Thank you so much to the team for all of your knowledge and help today!

Hi, I also have several back injuries I have a few bulging/herniated discs in my back and scoliosis and arthritis and severe chronic sciatica again at the moment which has put a huge burden on me and my child's everyday life. I'm trying to locate a good power/electric mobility scooter or possibly a power wheelchair because I have to be able to get my child to school and back home everyday.
