Had Derek contact me, and I told him I'm not coming down on my land to sell. He kept on and on and finally "settled " on the asking amount and wrote up a contract. Then, after I signed it, it passed on to Christian. It was all good, I thought? Then, about 15 days after the contract was signed by both parties, my brother, whom I had to drive an hour one way to get him to sign it,. SCAMMERS, BEWARE!!! Send you a legit check to steal your house from you at an offer of less than half of the actual property value. This should be illegal. Preyers on poor ignorant folks who may not know the actual value of their home. It's a disgrace and highly unethical!!!

Continue to receive junk mail with my deceased mother's name. Please don't do this no one wants to finally get over the death of a loved one to be reminded with a postcard attempting to purchase their property. I should not have to opt out and waist time doing so when I never asked to receive the postcards to begin with. EDIT 7 MONTHS LATER AND STILL GETTING THE JUNK MAIL!!!!!!!!!! No matter how many times I have called and asked to be removed.
