So...I just had my last day in this blessing of a program And out of all of the programs I've been in & out of off and on since 2014 ...(Not just here in MA, but a small handful of states all over the country,). This one by far has been the BEST one ever!!! I came in a hot mess crying my face off, and was very warmly welcomed with open arms by the most caring, kind, and loving people. I had a great experience with Rebuilding Mental Health. From the start, the team made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about my progress. The program is well-structured but still flexible, and you can tell they really tailor everything to each person. It doesn’t feel like a one-size-fits-all approach, which makes a big difference. If you’re looking for a place that actually listens and helps you move forward, this is it.
