Mark was wonderful helping me to REBOUND after 3 years of chronic back pain!! An abdominal diastasis (following multiple pregnancies) had caused my core to be so weak that I herniated a lumbar disc. After 12 faithful weeks of PT, I was able to resume the active life that I was fearful had come to an end.
So thankful for these people! On the road to recovery!
