The doctors are great. The medical staff is great. The scheduling is HORRENDOUS. You don't know when you have a procedure until the day of the procedure. Sometimes, they will let you know late at night before the procedure. That's not enough time to get a driver, and most of the procedures need a driver. They claimed to have fixed the problem, but you still can't know your procedure time, just the date, until after 6pm the evening before the procedure. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Andrew Nemecek. I have never felt so disrespected during a doctor visit in my entire life. When I first sat down with Dr. Nemecek he tells me he is sorry that he has to take a phone call. Then three minutes into our visit he picks up a call and talks while I am sitting in the room. I do not understand why I was not told to wait outside knowing he needed to take a call. I phoned in to inquire about care for my mom and Hanna was incredibly rude and not helpful. From the moment she answered the phone it was like she didn’t want to be bothered. She made assumptions without asking questions and treated me terribly. I would never, ever come to this clinic or recommend it to anyone based on this 1st initial contact.

From the front desk, office staff and surgery team they were excellent. They made this whole process very easy. I used DR Ragel, just a down to earth nice guy, efficient and he cares.
