Friendly and lovely staff! It’s a great community for children and young adults!
I was referred to Rebound from Onpoint services . Our ABA technician Nicole has been wonderful & has helped my daughter show tremendous improvement. The staff however is unprofessional & lacks communication. There were times we waited on our technician & she never showed up. To later find out Staff never reached out to me to let me know she had the day off or was sick. Someone would eventually call or text me hours later.
