I was referred to Rebound from Onpoint services . Our ABA technician Nicole has been wonderful & has helped my daughter show tremendous improvement. The staff however is unprofessional & lacks communication. There were times we waited on our technician & she never showed up. To later find out Staff never reached out to me to let me know she had the day off or was sick. Someone would eventually call or text me hours later. We are receiving both ABA services and parent education from Rebound in Sparta and we have been beyond impressed. The staff is kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and most importanty, effective! Our son has made tremendous progress in just over a month, we are delighted. Also, the scheduling and communication are very timely and effective. Thank you so much for giving us hope that we didn't know we should have!

I sincerely hope that the entire organization isn't represented by Amber. She has no understanding of HIPAA laws, or of customer service. Think twice about entrusting the well being of yourself or your family to an organization who values neither of these and hires people like this.

Great staff and very knowledgeable. If we have had any questions they have been answered. Very informative Very friendly ABA therapist. Cant wait to keep working with them for many years to come.
