Miguel is very experienced, very knowledgeable and very kind. He also has a good sense of humor.
Been bring my son for rehab and he’s enjoying it. It is giving him a more positive outlook on his recovery. Hoping that at some point he’ll want to play soccer again. It has been a tough 2024 for him, and started 2025 with a strong positive attitude towards life and school. Greatly appreciate the patience and support that Miguel has been giving my son.
I highly recommend ReBorn Fit for your personal or group training needs. I enjoyed working out with my Personal Trainer, Hugo, while visiting family in Salinas. His genuine encouragement, expertise, and passion for fitness and nutrition were apparent during our training sessions. I appreciate the effort and enthusiasm he brought to each training session. Hugo tailored the workouts based on my fitness level and goals, ensured proper form and made the sessions engaging. I can't thank and recommend him enough!
