I was told I could reschedule 1 time. Well they called me since my appointment was with Vinny. And told me he wasn't going to be back yet so let's reschedule. Ok fine. So when I tried to reschedule they told me I already used it and I had to be there at 12:15. Well I showed up at 11:30 since I was in that part of town running errands.
