I purchased a tennis racquet bag at Rebel West Gosford. The store was tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the in-store display and member promotion were confusing and disappointing. Before visiting, I saw the Prince 6 racquet bag priced online at $55.99 for members (non-member price: $79.99). In-store, the display showed $79.99 with 30% off, so I assumed the member price would also receive the discount. Pretty disappointed with the service this afternoon, walked into the store with my 8yr old daughter to get her some new shoes for school, we must of stood there for around 8mins and no staff members approached us, there was only 1 other customer in the shop, a blonde female walked from the front of the shop to go out the back and a couple of minutes late the female and a young guy appeared and were having a chat, then the female walked back down the front and the guy walked back out the back, 2 minutes later the guy walked o... read more
Mitchell the manager at Rebel Gosford went above and beyond for my son and I today. He was very helpful, friendly and just lovely to deal with. It’s not often these days you get this kind of customer service. Not only was Mitchell amazing to deal with, but the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. If you need to go to a Rebel shop in the area, this is the one to go to! Thanks so much guys.
