Staff are attentive and great selection of items. I would like to specifically recognise the young boy named Alex, he is very strong and tall. This is important as due to the frail condition of my bones due to my osteoperosis I struggle to pick up things that are above my shoulders. Alex recognising this was able to assist me and grab the item for me and even offered to take it to my car for which I refused but the offer demonstrated his capability to go above and beyond to fulfill a good customer experience. Thanks Alex!
Not a review for "an instore experience" however I feel a 5 star rating is appropriate for the way Will handled my phone enquiry on Saturday. I'm a Rebel Sports member however the product I've been purchasing for years through various Rebel outlets has been discontinued. Will is arranging for 2 of these to be sent from other stores. A credit to your company for his pleasant phone skills & efficiency. Thanks Will.
Literally every time I enter this store there are no sales people available as they all too busy having a chat with each other. Twice I have had to go out to the back area and call out for help.
