I purchased a tennis racquet bag at Rebel West Gosford. The store was tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the in-store display and member promotion were confusing and disappointing. Before visiting, I saw the Prince 6 racquet bag priced online at $55.99 for members (non-member price: $79.99). In-store, the display showed $79.99 with 30% off, so I assumed the member price would also receive the discount.
