Mitchell the manager at Rebel Gosford went above and beyond for my son and I today. He was very helpful, friendly and just lovely to deal with. It’s not often these days you get this kind of customer service. Not only was Mitchell amazing to deal with, but the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Very helpful, helped sort out a warranty for me even though it was a discontinued product and I don't think the manufacturer was being very helpful, Mark and the team at rebel made sure this didn't become my problem.
