I went in 2 weeks ago to get a consultation which was $40 and does not go towards the total of the service being done. Was told my hair would be under $300 but due to the thickness I ended up paying exactly $300 which was fine, but stylist was unable to finish my hair due to time restrictions and informed me I would need to come back for my cut.
