Ordered an intake manifold. Arrived quickly. The day I go install it, I find overspray of some sort on it. It's not really a big deal because you can take a wire brush to it and clean it off. Item was not damaged. I emailed Eric Swanson and he has Zero customer service skills and does not know how to receive feedback. I sent him a note directly of what I came across and he took it personal and put blame on the manufacture. He's approach was to use some ridiculous analogy as to why I didn't cal him to ship the item back, but ... read more
