Love the story of the company but disappointed by the customer service. I ordered a pair of earrings through the website and the description indicated shipping would be 3-5 business days. After a little over a week without a shipping update I contacted the company and was informed the earrings were back ordered and would take an estimated 3-5 weeks to ship. Luckily I can afford to wait, but was disappointed by the misleading website information and lack of communication on my order.
I bought my mom a Taylor Bracelet for Christmas, and she has yet to take it off. She loves that she can add a touch of elegance to her active lifestyle as well as having her own piece of unique jewelry. Thank you Rebel Nell!
Kim Blair was wonderful and has such a great personality. I really enjoyed the entire permanent bracelet experience. This is my first permanent bracelet with a graffiti and heart charm! The jeweler that assembled it was very good too!
