Don’t bother is my advice!!! At least not for Click and Collect. EVERY SINGLE TIME you place a click and collect order with this store, they ring you to say it cannot be fulfilled. Seriously - manage your stock levels and don’t waste customers time. I have now had this happen 4 times using 2 different accounts and I’m over it truthfully. Completely wasted our time. Had a sale on Hoka Clifton 9. Spent time trying them on and talking to the sales rep. 20 minutes later took them to the counter for the price to change from the $182 sale price to $260. Turned out the rep gave us the new Clifton 10 - went to ask for the correct shoes and of course, sold out everywhere with the closest pair being on the sunshine coast. Fantastic waste of time.
Went today to check some tennis shoes and your staff (didn’t get his name) was extremely helpful! He approached me when I was looking for them. This is far better than the other rebel where I had to chase someone for assistance…will definitely come back again
Didn’t have much time this morning to run in and buy a pair of trainers I’d been looking for. Big shoutout to Connor & Zayn who were both SO helpful, super efficient in pulling a few different sizes for me, helping me select the best fit and giving great advice, generally making me feel comfortable and great positive energy. Couldn’t find the Receiver Gloves I was looking for, but the customer service was great, thank you man, definitely coming back when it’s time for new footy boots (If you ask the employees if they remember anything to do about receiver gloves I’m sure you’ll find the very helpful dude)
