Great Customer Service!!!!!! I was served by Naomi and she went above and beyond looking for the item I wanted. It was very busy but she still prioritised looking for my item so I’m very grateful for the time and effort she took.
I recently had to return my daughter's $350 football boots, which were purchased back in January from the Garden City Rebel store. I wasn't looking for a refund—just a replacement pair. After inspecting the damage around the toe area, one of the counter staff commented that football boots these days aren't supposed to last a full season. Really? Very disappointing experience. Please BE CAREFUL when purchasing from this store, especially when buying items that are advertised as being on sale. I asked one of the staff members about the price because I was told it was the “BEST PRICE” available and that it was the last item in stock. However, when I checked the price tag more carefully, the so-called sale was misleading.
