Rude checkout staff
Insufficient staff only one in shoe section while few customers waiting, meanwile other staff walking around not busy. No greeting at all.
Don’t bother is my advice!!! At least not for Click and Collect. EVERY SINGLE TIME you place a click and collect order with this store, they ring you to say it cannot be fulfilled. Seriously - manage your stock levels and don’t waste customers time. I have now had this happen 4 times using 2 different accounts and I’m over it truthfully. Completely wasted our time. Had a sale on Hoka Clifton 9. Spent time trying them on and talking to the sales rep. 20 minutes later took them to the counter for the price to change from the $182 sale price to $260. Turned out the rep gave us the new Clifton 10 - went to ask for the correct shoes and of course, sold out everywhere with the closest pair being on the sunshine coast. Fantastic waste of time.
Went today to check some tennis shoes and your staff (didn’t get his name) was extremely helpful! He approached me when I was looking for them. This is far better than the other rebel where I had to chase someone for assistance…will definitely come back again
