I just want to give a big shoutout to the girl on the front counter - Katie. I saw her get treated very badly by a rude customer due the longer than usual wait times, and I was so impressed by how calm and professional she stayed. She didn’t let it shake her — she just kept helping the long line of customers with a positive attitude and a lot of patience. Queue is 20 people and two staff on the counter. No urgency and no one on the ‘click and collect’ counter when I did click and collect. I gained nothing by buying online. Management need to support their staff better.
