We were pleased to observe how the Hervey Bay store is much different to Maroochydore! Fantastic range of products and standard of customer service- both the floor staff and front counter impressed us. We purchased a variety of sports apparel and found some really good specials. The larger store layout and change rooms make for a good shopping experience. Like the website too!
Had a great experience at this store. Christian was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting my wife in buying a pair of shoes specifically suited to her orthotics and the needs of her reconstructed foot. He was excellent!

I visited the store on Saturday and was disappointed by the lack of floor staff available. After waiting for the cashier to finish serving paying customers, I asked about a product that was listed as “In Stock” online — but unfortunately, he had no knowledge of it. Eventually, I managed to get the attention of a young staff member coming from the back warehouse, who was able to locate the product for me straightaway.
