I ordered an expensive garmin watch and it was sent as no signature required. Very annoying. I cant change this and had to redirect to a post office. More annoying. Why on earth would you send something that expensive with no signature required?
Terrible service from head to toe
I wont be coming back. Ordered 2 jackets online. They split them in 2 deliveries, each used different delivery service. 1st jacket arrived quickly with Aus post, unfortunately the jacket was absolutely disgusting and the sizing wasn't fitting the description. So returned immediately in-store. Couldn't get money back as I used Gift card discount as Bupa member. Massive shout out to Frankston Bayside Rebel Sport. Recently I purchased my son a new pair of shoes, the experience I recieved was completely unexpected. A woman by the name of 'Victoria' was so friendly, kind hearted, having a laugh with my son. I've never seen anything like it, she deserves massive recognition for how genuine she was and her bubbly personality is amazing. Good on you Rebel Sport Frankston and Victoria your a superstar.
