I wont be coming back. Ordered 2 jackets online. They split them in 2 deliveries, each used different delivery service. 1st jacket arrived quickly with Aus post, unfortunately the jacket was absolutely disgusting and the sizing wasn't fitting the description. So returned immediately in-store. Couldn't get money back as I used Gift card discount as Bupa member. Massive shout out to Frankston Bayside Rebel Sport. Recently I purchased my son a new pair of shoes, the experience I recieved was completely unexpected. A woman by the name of 'Victoria' was so friendly, kind hearted, having a laugh with my son. I've never seen anything like it, she deserves massive recognition for how genuine she was and her bubbly personality is amazing. Good on you Rebel Sport Frankston and Victoria your a superstar.
Rockhampton store still not open at 10.07am Sunday 5th January. Very unprofessional
I became frustrated re trying to log on, online. i tried the chat line and it repeatedly asked for my email address. I tried a few times to call someone at head office about logging on, online - one time, i hung up after being on hold for 26 minutes. Disgusting. Steve
