Big thank you to Jack and Amy in the service area. Had car book in to do an oil and filter change. Made a comment about my last service (which was elsewhere) after a couple of minutes and a reset I was on my way and didn't have to pay, which was great.
Brad in service made the experience easy and painless.
Bought my car from this dealership and paid for the extended warranty. Almost everything that needed to be done throughout the 2.5 years i had my car serviced was not covered under the warranty. My last service i was told my rear breaks were urgently needing to be done. I decided to void the warranty and go elsewhere. Since then, 3 seperate mechanics over the past year have all told me my breaks are fine and a year later, they still don’t need to be replaced. Would avoid getting services at this mechanic.
