Just had my 60k service which was easy to book online, kept up to date and staff were friendly and professional. Had an engine/exhaust issue about 7-8 months ago that was handled quickly and efficiently, not had the same issue since.
I had an excellent experience with Rebel Ford’s service department. Luke, Brad and the entire service team took great care of my Ranger and did a perfect job from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole process easy and stress free.
Last few services got me free carwash as per their complimentary for for ford customers my car still the same when it got out. Wondered if they forgot ot they just dont care anymore
