Poorly under staffed
Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Was served by a lady at the registers and asked for my shoe on hold. I was polite and respectful and she just threw the shoes at me and completely disregarded my question to try them on. Then proceeded to ignore me and talk to the other customers next to me who she wasn’t even serving. Very disappointed.
The store seemed understaffed today, and I can easily get anxious and overstimulated in shops. Thankfully, Jerry was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience as stress-free as possible. Thank you, Jerry! 😊
