I was extremely lucky this morning to be helped by Jerry. Jerry went out of her way to help me find the shorts I wanted for my young grandsons birthday. A beautiful young woman, who not once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Rebel are very lucky to have her!
As a loyal customer, I’m really disappointed with the service at this Rebel Blacktown store. The customer service here is unhelpful and far below expectations — definitely the worst experience I’ve had with Rebel.
My review should really be less than 1 star - thankfully Nathan was super helpful in helping me find my footy boots I was looking for
