I'd give a -5 if it was an option! If a rip-off con artist is your idea of "service" then this is the place for you! If you just HATE when your warranty is honored, step right up! Disgusting disgrace of a business and nothing but a money hole.
Avoid this shop like the plague. They caught my car on FIRE ! they had My vehicle for almost a month and refused to comp me for any of it. They installed a faulty battery in my car that immediately quit working and refused to replace it even though there was over a year and a half left on the warranty. I would be happy to show anyone all the notes, receipts and everything backing My claim. The manager is a joke and told me to sue him instead of him backing up his warranty.
Disgusting management. Disgusting work. They DID damage to my vehicle that wasnt previously there, and if you read the other reviews you will see this has happened more than a few times. Even with evidence, they push you away and refuse to be cooperative and tell you to take them to court. The manager is very rude, un cooperative and a simple disgrace for a "mechanic" as is his shop. Horrible, shady business that doesn't back their work or honor their warranties. Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle to them. Absolutely ridiculous the way they treat their customers.
I've taken my car in for several different repairs. Every time they were quick thorough, and reasonably priced. One time in particular they really went above, and beyond attempting to locate a part. I would highly recommend them.
I just got my Jeep back from this shop. Last August they replace the fuel pump. The pump failed, I took it back, they replaced it. No charge. They told me they honor their work. Key word here, Honor. This is a solid, good, no jive shop. Why do I come back here again, and again? Why would I go anywhere else? And I don't live anywhere near them. So worth the trip for me, and you, if you want an honest shop for you're car.
Took as long as the dealer. Left oil on my oil filter and a bolt loose. Messy work . The games were cool. Office personal was nice.not impressed
