These guys rock! Plus the arcade while you wait is awesome and retro.
The Reble Automotive has great Customer Service.. Their Service Care department are also great.. I’ve been taken both of my vehicles to Reble for the past 2 years.. never had any issue..Highly Recommended..
I've been here twice, and each time the guys have been great! They have accommodated me on the same day each time when I shared that I unfortunately waited until the last minute, and had a low oil light. Have left there not paying anything after my Groupon, and the wait is never an issue since my son loves their free arcade space. My son never wants to leave lol Fact is I am not sure how anyone else has experienced bad customer service when I've received nothing but contrary to that. Plan on being one loyal customer :)
The service in general was great, with one exception. Even though my groupon i paid $19 for couldn't be used, the lady taking care of the front desk marked my groupon as redeemed. The groupon was for a $19 oil change with extra for synthetic and filters over $5.99. The original service withouth the groupon or any other discount was $63. First Appointment: No confirmation, sassy response when I called to ask about my appointment. Dropped my car off, asked that the Oil filter I supplied be used. Picked it up, Oily fingerprints on the windshield next to the sticker, oily footprint on the rug. Discovered when I looked under my car that they installed a cheap oil filter instead of the one I supplied and charged me for the cheap one while taking my supplied filter.
