Rebekah and her team have been wonderful to work with. We found her after our previous insurer dropped our homeowners policy and are grateful to be working with someone that genuinely makes you feel like a valued client. She is very proactive at communicating regarding changes or anything that may be happening in the industry that could concern her clients. She and her team are super responsive to requests and policy questions. I would highly recommend working with her.
Fact: The insurance situation in CA is difficult and can be scary, and expensive, and risky if you aren't covered or not covered enough. Having a good insurance broker really helps. DIY is fine when all is well, but a nightmare if anything at all goes sideways. Rebekah has been a reliable and knowledgable guide as my husband and I have navigated options for policies for our home, our cars, and general liability. What's not to love about that?
Rebekah is incredibly talented at her job. She is very thorough and ensures you know the why behind pricing, changes in plans, etc. She will even explain state policy and law changes that impact California insurance, which for someone like me is incredibly helpful context. She's the perfect blend of professional and personable, which makes me trust that she is helping me make the right decisions around auto insurance, life insurance and more.
