Dr. Vogel demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and professionalism throughout my care. On the day of my scheduled surgery, which involved two procedures by different surgeons, I had a severe cough and cold. Despite the preparations already in place (I was all prepped up in pre-op), Dr. Vogel advised postponing the procedures, explaining the potential postoperative risks associated with my respiratory condition. Dr. Vogel is one of the best surgeons I've ever met, and I've had many. I saw her for a severe ventral hernia. She has not had any mesh failures for these, which is big. She also took time to look at and explain in-depth what was going on, and the range of options and timing. Unfortunately she is out of my network now.
Dr Vogel botched a surgery. Then left the patient with no notice she was out of town for a month when the patient is hurting. Awful surgeon and awful communication. Not dr Vogel or her staff returned a phone call for weeks. They avoided a patient in pain which was clearly communicated. To the point where I am about to contact the medical board. Awful practice and awful staff. Do not come here!!!!! Please go somewhere else.
