I reached out to this therapist, which, was very difficult for me to do. She left me waiting for a phone appointment and later gave a quick explanation of client emergency. We then rescheduled for the following day and she never called or emailed. I had high anxiety going into this telehealth appointment and to be completely dismissed has left me feeling worse. I do not recommend this therapist. She is highly unreliable and lacks compassion and empathy-qualities that are incredibly important in a therapist.
When I made the first call into Rebecca to schedule an appointment, she was very prompt on calling back and fitting me in the following week. She has given me a great deal of tools to work on my relationships and has been very easy to open up and talk to. She really is a great listener and works with you through the problem. I'm very glad I found her!
